公司根据产品质量要求，建立了严密的质量检验体系。公司对与产品质量有关的所有
环节进行严格控制与管理，建立了科学的检验标准，并对检验指标进行了量化，责任到
人，确保公司持续稳定生产合格的产品。
公司从原材料严格把关，所有物料必须符合欧盟 ROHS 标准，选用国内外最具影响力
的供应商，建立严格的产品工艺指标，并与物料供应商建立良好的供求关系。
华为建立了定期的员工质量培训制度，讲解质量管理的新知识、新信息，树立每一个
员工的质量意识，规范自己行为，小到一个电阻、电容，大到一台整机都做到一丝不苟、
精益求精。质检部门建立了规范的检验规程，具备先进完善的检测设备和手段，并严格按
照规程检验，做到产品 72 小时老化实验，不让一台不合格产品出厂。

尊敬的客户：
首先感谢您选择购买我们的产品!
为保证产品质量，明确购销双方产品质量责任，确保产品质量合格，保证产品安全，
特作如下保证：
一、我公司提供的产品质量原则上按购货方规定的技术标准执行。在购货方没有规定
的技术标准时，我公司将按照国家现行标准执行，并向购货方提供产品样品，经购货方同
意后向购货方提供产品，并保证产品质量的稳定和逐步提高。
二、供货方向购货方提供加盖供货单位公章的生产许可证、营业执照复印件。
三、供货方向购货方提供加盖供货单位公章的产品标准复印件。
四、供货方保证所供产品符合法定的质量标准，并对产品质量负责，必要时向购货方
提供必要的质量资料，诸如产品检验报告书等相关资料。
五、供货方的产品包装、注册商标等符合国家有关规定。
六、购货方严格按产品包装上注明的贮藏条件贮藏，因购货方对产品保管养护不善而
造成产品质量问题由购货方负责。
七、消费者因产品质量问题进行投诉 ，供货方应积极配合妥善解决 ，如确属供货方
的责任，供货方承担全部责任和费用。
八、质量争议(问题)的处理：
购货方应严格按照制订的技术标准对供货方的产品进行检验，保证检验的公正和科学
性，对检验不合格的剩余样品应保留一周。
对确属供货方质量问题的，已经使用造成的损失，由我公司负责。
对确属供货方生产质量问题，没有使用的，由供需双方协商解决(退货或降价)。
九、本产品质量保证书自双方签定供货合同发生供货时生效，业务终止时同时终止。

To ensure products quality, the clear responsibility of buyer and seller,
and the product safety, we make the following promise:
First, by principle the products are manufactured by the customer’s
technical spec. The national standard is followed if customer doesn’t clearly
mention it. After the customer commits the product sample, we formally offer
products, ensure the steady and gradually increasing quality.
Second, the supplier provides the copy of business license with official
seal stamped to the buyer.
Third, the supplier provides the copy of the technical spec of the
products with official seal stamped to the buyer.
Fourth, the supplier ensures that the products comply with the official
quality standard and is responsible for product quality, if necessary provide
the necessary quality information, such as the inspection report and other
relevant information.
Fifth, the supplier ensures that the packaging and registered trademark of
the products match the relevant state regulation.
Sixth, the storage and safekeeping condition is indicated on the product
package, to ensure the product quality the buyer has to strictly follow it, or
is responsible for the caused quality problem.
Seventh, consumer complains due to the product quality problems, the
supplier should actively cooperate to properly resolve it. If it is indeed the
responsibility of supplier, the supplier shall bear full responsibility and
expense.
Eighth, the treatment of the quality dispute:
The buyer should strictly observe the technical standards shipped with the
supplier products for inspection, ensure fair and science testing. The
remaining samples fail to pass the examination should be kept for one week.
If it is indeed the quality problem of the supplier products, our company
bears the loss caused by the using of the products.
