hello everyone! My name is. I graduated from University.
Now I am practicing in Chongqing law firm. It is a great honor to be able
to participate in this internship lawyer interview and assessment.
During my internship, my main job was to assist the instructor and other
practicing lawyers in the law firm in dealing with civil and commercial legal
issues. It mainly includes two aspects: first, I assisted the practicing
lawyers in the Institute in handling litigation cases. In the past year, I
participated in the handling of 120 Civil and commercial litigation cases,
including sales contract disputes, financial loan contract disputes and
guarantee recourse disputes. Through the handling of these cases, I learned to
write some common documents and how to analyze the case, Learned about the
lawyer's case handling process and trial procedures. Second, assist the
instructor in dealing with the legal problems of the consulting unit. By
assisting the instructor in handling the affairs of several consulting units,
I learned some skills of contract review, but also found my lack of
e_perience. I did less litigation business, which made me ignore many risk
points in the process of contract review.
