know how strong they are." i can still remember the words that dad said to me
years ago.
when i was young, i used to be very naughty. life then was like a
glaball ,shining with bright colours. i had once gone down to the river bank,
catching a great many worms and was afterwards punished by mum. i had ever cut
the pillow towel into pieces in order to make clothes for my dolls. similarly,
i was then blamed seriously. once i even put the hot iron on the floor which
immediately burnt a big hole on the carpet. although i had done so many
annoying things, my childhood seemed to be rather colourful. however, i had
never had a clear definition about myself. but then something happened. it had
made a great difference to my life and made who i am now.
i had always been afraid of having the intravenous drop in hospital. the
first time i was taken to have the drop, i cried for almost half an hour and
finally gave off at father's severe scolding. watching the cold needle
stabbing into my skin, i cried even more loudly. at that time, i never dared
to take a glance at my hand and always needed my mother to stay with me at my
side. even if mum had told me many times," honey, there’s nothing to be
scared of. just close your eyes and sleep." i would still keep my eyes wide
open, watching the liquid flow through the bottle and never slept.

nevertheless, things just happened in a casual way. when i caught a high
fever again when young, mum had to send for the doctor home to treat me. i was
so sick that i became quite drowsy and then slept. when i suddenly woke up in
the afternoon, i found the liquid in the bottle had already flown over ,while
mum and dad were not around. i yelled, but finally found it was of no use. so
i jumped out of the bed and pulled up the tubule. in the nature of things, the
blood came out and dropped along the way i went downstairs. things became
different at the time i went down alone. i discovered that i could be
independent. i was much stronger than i had thought. looking back on the girl
who cried all day, i came to understand suddenly that the strong part of the
inner myself had been existing all the time. seeing the anxious mum, i
revealed a big smile to her. i could see that mum was trying to hold her tears
back and scrubbed my blood on the hand. she didn't know that her little girl
had stealthily grown up.
since then, i became stronger. as you see now, standing in front of you is
a confident and sunny girl. in my grown-up life, i've never cried for being
injured no matter how serious it is. i can even go to the hospital alone when
mum and dad are on business. i came acroso many difficulties in life, while
i've never thought of giving up. thanks to that extraordinary experience at my
age of ten, i discovered a person inside myself who has been so important and
unique to me. just like what dad had told me before, "people are like tea bags
—you have to put them in hot water before you know how strong they are."

today i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success.
what is success? it is what everyone is longing for.sometimes success would be
rather simple. winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is
success; making a new friend is success; even now i am standing here giving my
speech is somehow also success.
however, as a person's whole life is concerned, success becomes very
complicated. is fortune success? is fame success? is high social status
success? no, i don’t think so. i believe success is the realization of
people's hopes and ideals.nowadays, in the modern society there are many
people who are regarded as the successful. and the most obvious
characteristics of them are money, high position and luxurious life. so most
people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. but
the problem is wether it is real success. we all know there are always more
money, higher position and better condition in front of us. if we keep chasing
them, where is the end? what will satisfy us at last? therefore, we can see,
to get the real success we must need something inside, which is the
realization of people's hopes and ideals.

如果你失去了今天，你不算失败，因为明天会再来。
如果你失去了金钱，你不算失败，因为人生的价值不在钱袋。
如果你失去了文明，你是彻彻底底的失败，因为你已经失去了做人的真谛。
文明涵盖了人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间的关系。它的主要作用，一是追求个人
道德完善，一是维护公众利益、公共秩序。
说到文明礼仪，我想到了一个故事。有一次，列宁同志下楼，在楼梯狭窄的过道上，
正碰见一个女工端着一盆水上楼。那女工一看是列宁，就要退回去给让路。列宁阻止她
“说： 不必这样，你端着东西已走了半截，而我现在空手，请你先过去吧!” “ ”他把 请 字说
得很响亮，很亲切。然后自己紧靠着墙，让女工上楼了，他才下楼。这不也是良好文明礼
仪的体现么?
我们从小接受文明礼仪的教育，很多同学都可以滔滔不绝地大谈文明礼仪。可是看见
校园中随处丢弃的饭盒，饮料瓶，听着某些同学口中吐出的脏话，怎能不教人痛心疾首
呢!“ ”难道我们都是 语言的巨人，行动的矮人 么?“明代大学者王守仁说 知是行的主意，行
是知的功夫;知是行之始，行是知之成;知和行是一个本体、一个功夫。知而不行，只是未
”知。 我 接受文明礼 的教育，自己却吝于履行、甚至反其道而行之， 跟从来没有接们 仪 这
受社会教育有什么区别!“ ”所以我们要实践社会文明，就要从这 知行合一 上下功夫、从自
己的坐言起行上下功夫，就要告别不文明的行为。

亲爱的同学们，敬爱的各位评委们。今天很荣幸的能站在这个小小的舞台中间，有一
个展示自己以及我们团队的机会。此时内心充满着激动，也夹杂着紧张。
“在座各位，我们都正值青春年华，不知你是否听过这样一句话 让青春的烈火燃烧，
”让生命的闪电划过天空，用所有的热情换回时间，让年轻的梦没有终点 。在做给位的青
春烈火是否燃烧着?你是否愿意让它可续永恒得燃烧着?是否愿意让自己年轻的梦延续到现
实，递增到永远?
永恒纵观古今，有不计其数的前辈先人为了自己的梦想而付出心血，撒下汗水。梦，
对每个人来说都是必不可少的。有梦才有一切。但梦的形式形形色色，各色各样。我们现
在所学的、所做的一切都是为了以后能在社会上找到一份好工作，一份好收入，一个好生
活，园一个好梦。
为了梦想，我们必须要付出，要奋斗，要拼搏。今天，很幸运的有了一个机会，一个
为展现梦想的时机-----我们的创业梦。在这里我将携手我们的团队和大家一同分享我们
的创业想法。
就目前大学生就业是一个难以解决的的难题。这针对全体大学生来说是一个严峻的挑
战。于此同时在校的大学生也形成了一块丰富的资源。如果能充分利用好这个份资源，所
带来的效益是不可计量的。也真是针对于此，我们创业想法的出发点就来源于此。总体设
想如下：在在校大学生与社会之间成立一个正规的、系统的组织，此组织不同于中介，也
不同于网络交际平台。这个组织主要经营业务代理，兼职聘请，活动赞助，组团旅游。这
就是我们的产品。看着似乎不具什么特色，但是针对企业和学生来说有这样一个组织机构
给他们带来的便利相信是不言而喻的。
如果你是一个学生，经历高考，来到大学。现在在坐每一位同学都不想平平淡淡的度
过自己的大学生活就像高中一样，忙碌，不停的忙碌着学习。大学本来就是一个小小的社
会，如果还像高中一样，我相信很多人会说 YOU ARE OUT!!!在大学里面学习方法要转型，
你只有知识而没有经验进一个企业很难立足的，有多少企业宁愿要经验丰富的，也不要刚
出道的学生。而我们这里给你提供了获取足够经验的机会。当你想要增长阅历，寻找兼职
无从下手时;当你看到墙上兼职广告而无辜受骗时;当你即将毕业到实验单位没有着落时;
当你学校或者组织为了举办大型活动而没有赞助商时。会想到这样的一个组织，我们都会
及时给个你们提供服务，提供帮助，更加提供机会。将企业的最新动态分享给你。难道你
们不懂得成功只属于时刻有准备的人吗?我相信不会不懂的。你是选给你机会让你选择还
是让机会去选择你?我想相信你们选择前者，让自己选择机会。
就企业而言，他们要人才，要人力资源，大学生不就是的资源吗?这里汇聚着精英。
但是，他们为了寻找这些资源，要不停的做着广告宣传，不停的到处来回奔波，谁想这样
做?我相信他们谁都不想这样。然而突然有一个组织能够帮他们奔波，而且带给他们的是
