Hello, everyone! I’m important for us students to

find some time to exercise. So we should exercise in our

free time. However, I found that now many students seem

to study all day. They think taking exercise is a waste

of time. And some students think they have so much

homework to do every day that they have no time to

exercise. But in my opinion, taking exercise is a good

way to relax and keep fit. And a healthy body can help us

study better. And we can always find time to take

exercise if we want to do. So let’s go out to exercise

together.

The students of our school have different ideas about

if we would like to take part in the English summer camp.

Some agree while others don’t. Those who want to

take part in the activity think they can relax themselves

in the camp. Also they can improve English and make lots

of friends. However, some of the students are not

interested in English. They think it’s too long to stay

away from home. Their parents won’t allow them to do so.

As for me, I don’t want to take part in the summer

camp. I have to go to lots of lessons during summer

holiday, so I have no time. Besides, I like to stay at

home better.

Dear Editor,

I am writing to tell you about the survey I’ve made

on “Using paper cards or e-cards?” in our class.

About 30% of the students want to use the paper card.

Firstly, people can make them by themselves and they can

show people’s real feelings. Secondly, people can take

them everywhere they go and keep them for a long time.

Thirdly, people don’t have to read them through

computers.

However, about 70% of the students prefer to use e-

cards. E-cards can carry much information and people can

send them quickly. Besides, using e-cards can save paper

so that the environment can be protected well. What’s

more, people can make different kinds of designs that

they like.

As for me, I like to use both of the two kinds,

because when I am free, I can use the paper cards, but

when I am busy, I can use e-cards.

Some students say most of them are the only child in

our family. We have been given much love. We are not able

to do hard work. To look after the patients is a good way

to teach us hoe to do difficult jobs. By looking after

the patients, we’ll learn to understand and respect

others’ work.

On the other hand, some students think taking care of

patients is dirty. It’s easy for us to get sick. They

don’t think the job is suitable for us. We have more

important things to do . looking after brothers or

sisters at home is a good idea.

In my opinion, it’s quite a good way to develop our

independence, but we should be careful not to get sick
