Dear Sir!how are you, my name is , it is really a great honor to have this
opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise,
and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this
prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly,i am
years old,born in province and i am curruently a senior student at .
My major is .and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in
june.in the past X years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6
with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of both in theory and in
practice. besides, i have attend several hold in , this is our advantage study
here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company.
through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic industry.
Compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we
have made extraordinary progress since ,our industry are still underdeveloped,
mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i
have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the
growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and
what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that is
one of my lifelong goal,i like my major and i wont give up,if i can pursue my
master degree here i will combine law with my former education.

问题: 为什么离职?
好吧, 又是一个三遍的问题! 所以大家在离职后找工作的时候, 这个问题自己心里一
定要有底, 基本上是逃不掉的吧.
我的回答就是为了职业发展的规划而离职的. 具体原因可参见第一部分"离职原因"的
分析.
这里还有一点要提的是, 回答这个问题的时候, 面试官会可能会追问你为什么上一家
公司和你的职业发展不符合, 而SAP 公司为什么又会符合的我的职业规划的?
因为我的长久计划是想成为 IT 咨询师, 与之前公司的发展不一致, 所以想 find the
right way and get on the right bus.
问题三: 为什么要来 SAP? 为什么不去 IBM, HP 等等其它做 IT 咨询的公司?
呃...我倒是想去, 可人家得也得要我才行呀!
呵...当然不能这么说啦. 不过这个问题我还真没想过, 顿时有点手忙脚乱了. 后面
才看出来, 他给我下了个套, 坏人呢!
我就说 SAP 在ERP 的IT 咨询方面是世界的`老大, IT 咨询非常之成熟. 与我的长远目
标那真是契合的不得了呀, 当然要选 SAP 啦.
所以对我来说, SAP 就是 right bus 啦. 只是不晓得, 对SAP 来说, 我算不算 right
person 了?!
他说这次招得是开发人员, 是纯技术人员, 好像和我的 大志向不太合适吧远?
我说成为一个 conslutant 是一个长期的目标, 但并不妨碍我现在继续做开发, 而且
还是在一个 consluting 公司做开发, 蛮合适的.
更何况就我现在的资历, 直接出去做 conslutant, 没有相关的工作背景, 且没有任何
的domain 背景, 估计也没人会理我的.
所以我是做了长期的打算, 想静下心来, 从一个开发人员做起, 逐步了解公司的产
品, 进而了解产品所属的 domain, 从而最终迈向咨询师的道路.
这条路走下去可能至少需要五年或十年的时间才能入门吧, 我已经做了心理准备.

问题: 你知道 SAP 是做什么的吗? IT consluting 与SAP consluting 有什么区别?
经过了上个问题, 我的气场明显弱了许多. 感觉要坏事了.
果然, 我讲了对 SAP 的了解, 其 了解的也并不是很多实. 然后我无法区分IT
consluting 与SAP consluting...
这是我整个面试以来, 唯一败下阵来的地方.
然后他对我说, 其 我并不了解实SAP 和SAP 做的事情, 也不明白 IT consluting 与
SAP consluting 的区别.
于是, 接下来的十几分钟时, 他给我上了一课.
具体的内容已经无法记清了, 只记得他讲过, IT consluting 与SAP consluting 就是
广与专的区别.
就像本科生与研究生的区别.
按他的说法, 本科生更多的是学 技能习, 更多的是关注面的. 所以本科生毕业出去,
只要是同一个领域的公司, 都可以进.
而研究生 是更 注于某个方向则 专 ,是点上的. 他们毕业出去, 可能只有找到与他 研们
究方向相匹配的公司, 才能够得以一施所长.

Zang Yinfeng ,a boy who is from Xing Yue Middle School and has dreamed of
